I am a mountain adventure seeker with a Unified Communications and VOIP problem. I provide solution architecture, design, and implementation of complex UC and VOIP solutions based on AudioCodes and Ribbon platforms. My particular specialty is Microsoft Unified Communications based now on Microsoft Teams.

Bachelor of Arts degree in Outdoor Studies. Focused on mountain guiding and the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to build accurate models for risk management of such guiding and resort operations.
Provided guidance, expertise, and solution development assistance to both the product development and sales teams to deliver best-in-class automation solutions for Unified Communications platforms. Specifically, Microsoft and SIP routing expertise.
Provide contract services to enterprise clients in deploying advanced VOIP and Microsoft solutions and, in particular, Unified Communications platforms.
Design and deploy Microsoft communications platforms centered around Microsoft 365, Skype for Business Server, and Microsoft Teams for telephony and meetings. Provide primary consulting and engineering support for projects post-sales to complete projects to scope and within specified time frames. Provide Tier 4 support to managed services for clients engaging C1 managed services post-project.
Managed existing National Institutes of Health infrastructure, deploy new Skype for Business infrastructure with full voice, video and chat integration with Cisco CUCM/Jabber, UCCE, CMS, and Webex, and complete migration of 40,000 users. Deployed integrated monitoring, advanced call management, and automation systems to expand the functionality of Skype for Business. Began designing the implementation of hybrid Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams within the Government Community Cloud.
Provided systems engineering, design, pre-sales support, and final technical escalation to both internal and external clients for complete managed services portfolios. Specialized in Voice solutions.
